Open the downloaded file to install. If Android blocks it, allow installs from this source, then try again.

Direct APK note: Newer Android versions can block Notification access for apps installed from non-official sources. You can remove that restriction manually — follow your device/OS guide — or wait for the official Google Play build. The Google Play build can lag behind the direct APK.

Android ColorOS — Developer options (usually works): Settings → About phone → ColorOS version — tap 7 times to turn on Developer options. Then Settings → System → Developer options → Security permissions — turn on “Allow special access for third-party apps”. After that, return to Notification access and try enabling Noti-Clean again.
